Cassie Schumacher was born in 1970 in Independence MO. She currently lives and works in Lees Summit, MO. Cassie has been included in various exhibitions including a Showing at Got Art Gallery, Lees Summit MO, UCM Gallery of Art, Warrensburg, MO and an Exhibit at Gamber Center, Lees Summit MO, just to name a few.  Highlights include the Art Council of Metropolitan Kansas City Corporate art@work city-wide finals and published in KC Studio magazine.

Cassie is a realist artist. Her growth as an artist has taken many avenues and forms over the years but she has always returned to her first love of painting. Her work often starts with a scene from nature, working on canvas, paper or even walls. Painting is a great source of her joy in life…
